So we recently caught up with Kiran S Deolalkar, Founder & CEO of Sedibuz to understand their business and to know what worked well for them and why they choose to hire flexible talent. Can you tell us what you do in simple terms?  

The government offices in India take time to adapt to technology and to put it simply, we enable this. We worked on bridging the gap between the healthcare sector and the supply using IoT-based equipment for early detection and prevention of life-threatening diseases like cancer, diabetes etc. 

How did it all start? Tell us your story. 

My true passion was to give back to society and work on something that can create a large impact. And in this process, also help companies start and grow their businesses in the public sector. I am particularly passionate about understanding government functioning, identifying the right solutions to some key challenges faced by them and building a strong partner ecosystem.
 
With my strong network developed during my professional tenure, the entrepreneurial bug got the better of me!

That is how the journey started. 
 
Loaded with my professional experiences and an array of networks was born Sedibuz Consulting LLP, with a goal to spearhead technology-based changes and applications into the public sector domain. The primary focus of Sedibuz is to build relationships with the State and Central government entities to ensure a strong connection and steady association for long-term business opportunities. 
 
I am passionate and skilled in understanding government functioning, identifying the right solutions to key challenges and building a strong partner ecosystem. My focus is to engage with companies working to bring transformation to the public sector.
 
Today, I have about 25+ years of experience in providing strategic advice, IT solutions and eGovernment solutions to Central and State Government bodies. 
 
What is your differentiator?
 
I think it is our ability to work with the public sector effectively. It is a very challenging space. But our true differentiator is our understanding of the public sector and the ability to customize solutions as per the requirement.
